The garden room at Tenants offers auction viewings, live sales, free galleries showcasing artefacts awaiting auction, exhibitions, live music and an array of food and drink at their bistro.

Energy Unique were engaged for the full mechanical and electrical design for the new multi-million-pound extension. This is one of the largest projects that Energy Unique has been involved in, with eleven air handling units, multiple plant rooms and zoning requirements, and a comprehensive infrastructure and utility distribution to meet the requirements of the vast array of facilities.
